Who is really qualified to be an elder? Chapter 1 tells us some details, but is it reserved for old leaders in the church alone? I want to challenge everyone reading this to write down how adopting these qualities in YOUR life would make you a better witness to the lost.
Do you have a theme verse about your understanding of what Jesus did for you? Or do you have a verse that describes Christianity? If not, you need one. Find a verse that can help you explain why you believe what you believe. (1 Peter 3:15) Check out Titus 1:11-14
